The discovery assessment will examine the flow of information through your business. During the assessment, our specialists will help you uncover the challenges and opportunities facing your information management system. We will work with you to determine your business objectives and long-term goals. Cooperatively, using this criterion we will begin developing your ideal document management solution.
Cooperative Application Design
During our cooperative design sessions, our team of experts will work with you to uncover and solve any potential obstacles or logistical concerns. Working together, we will create a plan for overcoming any technological or operational barriers that might affect the implementation of your solution.
At the end of this stage, we will provide you with a scope of work that will outline your plan’s objectives and execution strategies. Installation, Implementation, Development and Integration
During the implementation phase, your UDP Project Manager will continue working with you to ensure a smooth migration into your new document management solution. We will provide all of the necessary networking, installation and training required to create a successful document management workflow in your organization.
Maintenance and Support
After the installation and implementation of your document management solution, our maintenance and support service plan incorporates a "single point of contact" for all of the hardware and software components. The plan also includes an annual "system evolution plan" designed specifically for your operation.
