At UDP our customers have high expectations. As part of our commitment to meeting these expectations, we have created an end-to-end “assurance policy” that provides total care for all of your UDP products and services.

Supply Management
We promise the supplies we carry are of excellent quality and are kept in our local inventory so that they are immediately available to you, our customer. If you subscribe to our UNI-CARE Maintenance Agreements, your toner, parts and labor can all be included with your service plan. Furthermore, if you opt into our Total Print Management Program, UDP can proactively manage your supplies for you.
One source, One bill
Order equipment and supplies as you need them without worrying about individual invoices for each request. We will help simplify your accounting process by consolidating all charges on an itemized monthly or quarterly invoice.
Superior Service
