How we plan to measure your office environment.

Asset Identification:
UDP utilizes a variety of secure methods to produce model, page count, and supply usage information on your hardware.
Cost Identification:
Working with you, we determine your current costs associated with the supplies, parts, service and support for each device.  For printers and copiers this can be done by analyzing your supply invoices and copier service agreements.  The goal is to calculate the total cost of device ownership for your company.
Summary of Assets: 
At the end of the analysis phase, you will receive a complete inventory list of your print devices and an Executive Summary that thoroughly details our analysis and makes subsequent deployment recommendations based on your current assets and office environment.
